These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Website.


All content on this site is © Copyright Andrea Martin. All rights reserved. No part of the contents of this website can be reproduced in any form or by any means without prior permission from Andrea Martin.

Custom designs, commissions, created artwork or printed material provided by me may not be re-sold, copied or reproduced without my written agreement.

Commercial use of any designs on this website or custom designs or commissions would require a separate licensing agreement and fee, terms agreed depending on the proposed usage. Please contact me to discuss commercial licensing for any of my designs. Selling the images, either printed or as digital file formats when a commercial licensing agreement has not been agreed is forbidden and would lead to legal action being taken.


The website checkout uses PayPal for processing payments. You do not need a PayPal account to order, you can pay with a credit/debit card if you prefer.

For commissions you can pay via PayPal, with a credit/debit card via Paypal, cheque or bank transfer. Accepted payments methods will be clearly indicated on invoices raised for commissions or custom designs.


Prices may change at any time at my discretion. Special offers and sales are for a limited period only.

All prices are shown in GBP and payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for certain transactions (for example, international transactions). For international transactions the GBP (£) price will be converted into your local currency by PayPal or by the credit card company you use.

You accept that item prices in GBP do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination chosen for the delivery address.

I am not VAT registered so prices do not include VAT.

Refusal of transaction

I may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at my sole discretion. I will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalised item, please return it, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, within 14 days of receipt. I will then send out a replacement or provide a refund, whichever you prefer. Return postage costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

Items which have been personalised are non-returnable, so please be careful whilst filling in any personalisation details or request a proof, to check for any mistakes prior to manufacture. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made on my part, I will replace or refund the item and cover the return postage costs.


Delivery costs are as cheap as I can make them, they accurately reflect the postage charges and packaging costs that I incur. Once a product is added to the shopping basket, you will see the delivery charge straight away. Please see the delivery page for the prices.

Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free on orders over £20. When your order qualifies for free delivery, it will be clearly displayed in the shopping basket. Delivery costs vary based on the contents of your shopping basket and the delivery destination. Please refer to the delivery page for detailed delivery costs. The free postage offer may be withdrawn at any time and the minimum order value required for free postage may change. Please check the shopping basket for the accurate delivery costs at the time of ordering.

All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or by courier to the delivery address specified on the order. I may send items by other delivery service providers from time to time in order to keep delivery costs as low as possible.

I send out orders every other working day so I will dispatch your order within two days. Most items are sent out by Royal Mail first class so usually arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch. Large orders or framed prints are sent by courier and take 3-5 days to arrive once dispatched. These times are not guaranteed. If you need it sooner, I can offer express delivery for an additional fee. Please contact me if you require faster delivery. If I encounter any delays manufacturing your order, I will let you know immediately.

All items are packaged carefully before posting. Framed prints are securely wrapped in thick bubble wrap to ensure the frame arrives in perfect condition.

I will not be liable to you or any third party if your order is lost or delayed in the post. I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery address information being supplied by you. Please note, once parcels are dispatched, the company (e.g. Royal Mail or a Courier) delivering your order is responsible for its safe delivery. When you receive your order, you must check the items carefully before signing for them, if anything is damaged or missing, inform the delivery driver (or postal worker) before they leave so they can make a note of it on their paperwork.

If your order is undelivered or damaged, you must contact me straight away. I will then request you contact the delivery company to obtain a claim form for the lost or damaged goods. A replacement or refund of lost or damaged items can be delayed if you don’t contact me. I will resolve delivery issues as soon as possible once I am made aware of any lost or damaged items. Proof of postage will be provided to you when needed for a claim.

International orders

If you order items from my website for delivery outside the UK, the items may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Personalised Products (with three or more personalisations)

For personalised products with three or more personalisations, you may ask to see what the personalised product will look like before I print it (this is known as “requesting a proof”). The proof will be sent to you via email. Requesting a proof is free to any customers (with a working email account) that buy personalised products with three or more personalisations. Corrections will be carried out for free, so long as you let me know what needs correcting in a single concise list sent via email and the corrections are only to correct the information you entered into the boxes when you ordered it. Any other changes you request after viewing the proof may incur additional charges. If you are happy with the proof, you must clearly acknowledge acceptance of the proof via email.

Requesting a proof will delay your order. Please respond quickly to the email I send to minimise any delay. It is your responsibility to identify all errors. Once printed, a personalised product cannot be refunded as it cannot be re-sold.

To avoid errors, I recommend you request a proof. If you don’t request a proof and you entered information incorrectly when ordering, you may be charged for a re-print and postage.

When I feel it is necessary, I may send a proof even if you don’t request it. This might be, for example, when the entered information does not fit into the space in the design or I suspect the information is incorrect.

Personalised Products (with one or two personalisations)

These are name prints, romantic wall art or any personalised card. There is no option to request a proof when ordering, but you are welcome to do so via email. I don’t include an option for requesting a proof because the chance of errors is low and most people prefer to receive their order quicker. I would recommend requesting a proof especially if you have a long name that may not fit in the design.

If your personalised product (with one or two personalisations) is received with errors, we cannot accept responsibility for information entered incorrectly. If you did enter information incorrectly, please contact me, I may at my discretion re-print it for free but charge you postage.

When I feel it is necessary, I may send a proof even if you don’t request it. This might be, for example, when the entered information does not fit into the space in the design or I suspect the information is incorrect.

How to avoid delays when requesting a proof

If you request a proof I can’t print your personalised product until you agree it has no errors. If you don’t respond to my email, your order will be delayed. I will continue to email you until I receive a reply stating you are happy that the information entered when ordering is correct. It is your responsibility to enter your email address correctly and that you can receive email from that address. You must also check your spam/junk email folders for any email from me.

If I send you a proof, when you didn’t ask for it

When I send a proof via email, without you asking for it, I will wait two days for a reply. If you don’t reply within two days I will send a further email the day before I print it and dispatch it. If you don’t respond I will just send out the item. Personalised products cannot be refunded as they cannot be re-sold.

Product reviews

I would like to encourage you to post reviews and comments on my website. I will display these reviews and comments so long as the content is not obscene, abusive, illegal, invades privacy, infringes copyright, or causes any injury to third parties. I reserve the right to remove or edit any content as I feel necessary.

By posting a review, asking a question or commenting on my website;

  • You grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Andrea Martin to feature any or all of the submitted content in any of my publications, websites and/or in any promotional materials.
  • That the content is original, and does not contravene the above guidelines.
  • It is agreed that you are solely responsible for the content of your submission.
  • By submitting your email address in connection with your review, question or comments, you agree that I may use your email address to contact you regarding your comments.
