What payment methods do you accept?
The website checkout uses PayPal for processing payments. You do not need a PayPal account to order, you can pay with a credit/debit card if you prefer.
What does it cost for delivery?
Delivery costs are as cheap as I can make them, they accurately reflect the postage charges and packaging costs that I incur. Once a product is added to the shopping basket, you will see the delivery charge straight away. Please see the delivery page for the prices.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free on orders over £20. When your order qualifies for free delivery, it will be clearly displayed in the shopping basket.
When will my order arrive?
I send out orders every other working day so I will dispatch your order within two days. Most items are sent out by Royal Mail first class so usually arrive 1-3 days after dispatch (excluding Sundays). Large orders or framed prints are sent by courier and take 3-5 days to arrive once dispatched. Unfortunately these times can’t be guaranteed. If you need it sooner, I can offer express delivery for an additional fee. Please contact me if you require faster delivery. If I encounter any delays manufacturing your order, I will let you know immediately.
Do you take international orders?
Yes, I do. I use PayPal to process payments, so the GBP (£) price will be converted into your local currency by PayPal or by the credit card company you use. Please see the delivery page for the international delivery prices. Currently I can’t post framed prints internationally because of the glass in the frame. Don’t worry, all the prints are available unframed and they all fit perfectly in to any readily available A4 or A3 frame.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalised item, please return it, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. I will then send out a replacement or provide a refund, whichever you prefer. Return postage costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
Items which have been personalised are non-returnable, so please be careful whilst filling in any personalisation details or request a proof, to check for any mistakes prior to manufacture. In the unlikely event that a mistake is made on my part, I will replace or refund the item and cover the return postage costs.
Can I see my personalised item before it is printed?
Yes, when you order a product to be personalised with three or more details you will be given the option to request a proof to be emailed to you. I recommend this service as it allows you to check all the details entered are correct and to see how longer words and names will fit in to the design. If you do request a proof, please make sure you enter the correct email address in the checkout and that you approve the proof as soon as possible, so that your order is not delayed.
You can choose not to have a proof emailed to you and this means your order will be sent out faster. Occasionally I may email a proof, even if not requested, if I feel that it is necessary. The proof is not available on products which are only personalised with one or two details, as this slows down all orders.
How do I leave a review of a product I have purchased?
Please leave reviews by clicking the “Reviews” link on the product page. I appreciate every review as they provide valuable customer feedback and help other people find out about my products.
The personalisation options available do not work for want I need, can I request different options?
Yes, if you would like different text on one of my personalised products, please contact me and I am sure I will be able to accommodate your requirements.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, if you see a product you like but would prefer it in a different colour scheme, a larger size, with different text, to feature a different character from another product, or change the appearance of a character, then please contact me with your request and I will see what I can do for you.
I also take on larger commissions e.g. bespoke illustration prints, wedding stationery, party stationery and thank you cards in any quantity. Please contact me with your requirements.
How do I become a stockist of your products?
I am always looking out for new stockists so please get in touch and contact me.
How do I report an error or bug found on your website?
If you are having trouble placing an order or you find something wrong on the website, then please contact me so I can sort it out or fix it.
